Andrew Kwan

Director

Andrew is the Group Managing Director of Commonwealth Capital Group of companies, which has investments across the food vertical including barramundi fish farming, cold chain logistics, central kitchen, butchery, bakery and ice cream production.

Apart from its fully integrated food production & logistic platform, the Commonwealth Capital group also has investments in several brands such as PastaMania, Swissbake, Udders ice cream, The Soup Spoon, Baker & Cook and NYC Bagel Factory.

Andrew’s companies have won numerous accolades over the years including the Business Times Enterprise 50, Fastest Growing 50 and consecutive “Franchisor of the Year” titles for two separate businesses in different industries from the Franchise and Licensing Association. He holds a BBA from Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada.

Dato Seri Paduka Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abd Hamid

Director

Dato Seri Paduka Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abd Hamid is the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Economy), at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Brunei Darussalam.

He started his career in the Government service in 1989 and has served various capacities in the Ministry of Finance and Economy and Ministry of Primary Resources & Tourism. He holds a number of important posts at Brunei Investment Agency, Brunei Economic Development Board and Brunei Darussalam Central Bank.

Dato Khairuddin graduated with BA (Hons) Degree in Management Studies in 1989 from University of Brunei Darussalam.

Eric Tsang

Director

Eric Tsang is a highly experienced financial executive with a distinguished career in institutional banking and investment management across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at a single family office in Hong Kong, Eric oversees private equity, venture capital, and private markets investments.

His strategic vision and leadership in cross border business developing and managing institutional relationships is invaluable.

With a career marked by significant achievements, including managing relationships with sovereign institutions, asset managers, and banks, Eric has a proven track record of producing results and demonstrating leadership in financial operations and strategic advisory. His expertise spans the direct origination of capital markets businesses, structured products, asset management, and real estate financing.

Tan Chin Hwee

Director

Chin Hwee brings to the Board deep expertise across global commodities trading, private equity, financial markets, digital supply-chain infrastructure, and national energy resilience. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, an MBA from Yale University, and completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Kennedy School. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant.

From 2016 to September 2023, Chin Hwee served as the first Asia-Pacific Chief Executive Officer of Trafigura Group, where he led the expansion and strengthening of the firm’s energy and commodities trading platform across Asia. Earlier in his career, he established Apollo Global Management’s Asia business in Singapore, was Managing Director at Amaranth Advisors, and held senior leadership roles at DBS Bank.

He is the co-founder and Chairman of SGTraDex Services Pte Ltd, a public-private initiative developing a neutral, common data infrastructure to digitalise and enhance transparency and resilience across supply chains and trade flows.

In the public and energy sectors, Chin Hwee was appointed in 2023 as Chairman of the Energy Supply Resilience Advisory Panel under Singapore’s Energy Market Authority. Following the establishment of Singapore GasCo in 2025, he was also appointed to its Board. In addition, he serves on several national advisory bodies, including the Climate Impact X Advisory Council and the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel.
